Rounding up all my images from December 2015 Instagram photos. I’m doing these monthly round-ups more for a visual check for myself but hopefully, it inspires you to go on an adventure or get some travel ideas, etc. Enjoy!

I haven’t been in California since May so this was a nice welcome home.

A bit hard to get into the holiday spirit where I am, so throwback to one of my favorite Vancouver things to do during the holidays!

Ice skating at Robson Square. Yes it’s busy and I suck on skates, but it’s fun and free!!

What’s your favorite bridge? This is the Bixby Bridge in Big Sur.  Shot this on my @GoPro Hero 4

Sharing my 2015 highlights. This photo is from January from my trip to Whistler. It’s a highlight because I got to go snowboarding with Olympian babe Julia Murray. My ability is obviously nowhere near hers but it was an amazing experience to partake in Whistler’s ski/snowboard with an Olympian program. Thanks also to Burton Girls for kitting me out!

Sharing my 2015 highlights: I don’t always, but I am challenging to step outside the box as much as I can. Early this year I tried snowshoeing and cross-country skiing for the first time. I kinda sucked on skis but I loved snowshoeing! This was at Cypress Mountain in West Vancouver.

Sharing my 2015 highlights: In February, I went on a trip with Air Berlin to Germany to experience Karneval!  This is a photo of the city’s Medienhafen or Media Harbour with the Rhine Tower and Neuer Zolhoff, a set of 3 buildings designed by architect Frank Gehry. Liebe!!!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS everyone!

Sharing my 2015 highlights: I think this summer was all about waterfalls for me with the pinnacle was seeing the amazing Niagara Falls!

I did a day trip from Toronto while I was there in June!

Sharing 2015 highlights: In July, I rode the Rocky Mountaineer train from Vancouver to Banff. After an incredibly scenic experience on the train, I had a few days in Banff to explore. It was definitely one of the highlights of my year and canoeing on Moraine Lake was unforgettable!!

Sharing my 2015 highlights: In late July, I went to Sonora Resort for a few nights. It’s a Relais and Chateaux property located on its own island on the coast of beautiful British Columbia. This is a little fishing pond stocked with trout on the island. But lucky me got to go out and go salmon fishing. I even caught a little spring salmon with the help of my awesome badass female fishing guide who happened to also be a marine biologist! Put this place on your radar because if I could I would move in.

Sharing 2015 highlights: This photo was in Calgary in September. I went to check out the Beakerhead festival. Cowtown surprised me in a lot of ways with its architecture and food scene. I’d love to go back again and experience more. This photo was shot at the Peace Bridge, which was designed by one of my favorite architects, Santiago Calatrava.
