Gorgeous Views From The Vancouver Lookout
Heading to Vancouver and love views? Put the Vancouver Lookout on your list!
Growing up in Vancouver I would always see the Vancouver Lookout in the skyline but I never went up there in all the years I lived in the city. After I started this travel blog I decided to do all the of touristy things in the city since I was no longer a local. I guarantee that most of my local Vancouver friends had never done visited.
The Vancouver Lookout has a 360-degree aerial view of the city and it’s absolutely stunning. There are mountain views, water views, and city views. You can see Gastown, Coal Harbour, Stanley Park, the North Shore and Olympic Peninsula Mountains. I did zero editings to my photos so this is Vancouver in its glory! Isn’t she a beauty?! If you buy a ticket, it’s valid all day so you can get day photos and a sunset or night photos.

HELPFUL GENERAL TRAVEL TIPS
- Flights: Find a cheap flight using Skyscanner or Momondo. I like these two booking sites because they both search all websites and airlines around the globe including budget airlines.
- Accommodations: I use Booking.com or Tripadvisor to find the best rates on hotels. Hotels.com offers a free night after booking 10 nights
- Get up to $40 off your first Air Bnb stay by using this code!
- Travel Insurance: Having gotten sick on my travels in the past, I never travel without being insured. You never know when something may happen. For my round the world trip and extended long-term travel, I use World Nomads. For other trips, I have used Roam Right and they cover activities like extreme sports.
